A pleasure to deal with. Another good experience with Halton Honda. They are very helpful, not pushy and have all the time to spend with you. I personally feel we got good value for our trade and a good deal on our new vehicle. They promised us the car on a specific day & time and it worked out well. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great as usual Always experience excellent service at the dealership! They know my vehicle and provide great service. Any time I have a problem they are quick to bring the car in for service. Must admit that I seldom have a problem!

Unexpected Service Visit I stopped by Halton Honda yesterday around 11 AM with my 2013 Accord EX-L with 80,000 Km on it as the parking brake lever suddenly had no resistance to it and went a lot further back than normal. Brad Mordue told me that he would see if they could look at the car quickly even though I had no appointment. It turned out that the left rear brake caliper was seized. Excellent Brad always provides excellent customer service. I have a 2011 Civic and he goes the extra mile to explain what needs to be done now and what needs to be dealt with later.
Had an oil change and b service The person at the service desk was very nice and helpful. He was comprehensive and gave a great time estimate that was actually spot-on (which i find is rarw for a shop). Great service, Nigel is a friendly and genuinely nice guy. Will be back soon.
Honda Quality Have enjoyed a long relationship with many people at Halton Honda over the years. They've never let me down. Would seem strange to go elsewhere. Gonna need another new car soon!
