Service Alex went out of his way to ensure my car was serviced on the day I took it in. It was an emergency repair and he got it done.
Excellent No issues from purchase through to delivery, excellent customer service. Halton had the new vehicle delivered to a GM dealership in the GTA that was convenient for me. It was delivered on time and was immaculate.

Excellent experience From walking into walking out with my new car, Excellent experience. This was our fourth and fifth vehicle purchase from Jeff and every time we go in, he reaffirms why we return to him. Both of these cars were not a straightforward purchase and when we walked in to pick them up, Jeff had everything arranged from changing the snow tires from the old car to the new to explaining all the difference with the new cars. all these small details DO make a big difference. Treated like family!
Very long, waited 4.5 hours for B service Dropped Honda Civic off at 11:20 am for B service. When came to discuss car service the day before bc car showing A1 not B, was told 2 hours. When dropped off theat the next day for service, was told 4 hours. Had to call at 4pm because was still not connected to pick it up. Was just finishing.
