Not what we expected. We were looking forward to a nice stay at Harlow's but it turned out to be disappointing to say the least. First of all there was no restaurant open, only a snack bar. We wanted pizza but they could not tell us what was on the supreme and were getting ready to close for the evening. The room left a lot to be desired, the sink drain leaked onto the shelf below it and then on to the floor which of course made it very slippery. not clean; felt unsafe Was dirty; rooms smelled like smoke; someone tried to get in room last night; definitely felt unsafe

Make sure to deactivate keys from previous guests Overall it was good check in was easy, room was clean ,the desk was wobbling, the ice machine on my floor was not working. The worst thing was at around 3am on Saturday some man try to come in my room with a key card from a previous guest, he was very aggressive in trying to get the door open but thank God i had put that extra lock to keep the door from opening he tried two times the first time i thought i was dreaming the second time he scared me i called for security they s... read more

Disappointed Cleanliness was subpar. Amenities could have been better. Smoking odor throughout the building

Old It appeared very old. Dust on walls. Office chair was peeling. But the bed was comfortable, and I did like the stand up shower. I had no housekeeping service the first full day. I hate that customers dumped their car trash in parking lot. It is on the edge of Greenville by the river, so a few miles further out if driving to downtown. The staff was friendly especially when I checked in and helpful. They did have a coffee place.
