First of all the door was busted looked like it had been kicked in before. Then there was trash in the trash cans and trash under the bed and dirt on the bathroom floor. Toliet was dirty and lid wont even stay up on the toliet. Trash all over the parking lot and when we went into the casino it was even worse empty cups of alcohol and ashes over most of the machines. The restaurant had great service. Parking was awful! Why isn't there reserved parking for hotel guests only.

Rooms are clean, disappointed in the dinning. Only eating option was the snack area, food took along time, staff wasn’t very helpful

Sorry staff at the Casino in Greenville The Hotel stay was great, but the Casino suck really bad. staff are lazy and slow. The staff is so unprofessional and doesn't seem care about the customers.

Ringe service fra personalet. Ikke imødekommende og blev irriterede når vi ikke helt kunne forstå hvad de sagde.Reklamerer for fin åben restaurant, men kun åben fredage og lørdage. Måtte køre 30 min ind i Arkansas for at finde en restaurant.
