I like to ease of checking in. I didn’t like the smell of smoke on my pillows. I didn’t like the few channels on the television. I didn’t like that I had no microwave nor refrigerator in my room. I am waiting for the extra charge of $237 to credit back to my credit card because I reserved the room on Orbitz and paid for the room in advanced. I also didn’t like that housekeeping tried to come in my room at 9:30 this morning when check out was 11am. Missing electrical plugs No electrical plugs beside bed. Needed several for CPAP machine and cell phone charging. Was told they were in bottom of bedside lamps…but there were no bedside lamps. Service man sent up to inspect said he would have to take the entire bed apart to find us a plug-in. Tried to call manager line to front desk always gave busy signal no matter when you called. Even tried at 3:00 am, 5:00 am etc . Plus when left hotel….no in at front desk to check out! Waited for 10 minutes. Asked everyone in site! Piti... read more

Room wasn’t properly clean like I saw others hand prints on the headboard Nothing was sanitized No fridge bathroom had rust around shower Food had a B grade so I wasn’t happy with my stay

This property claims to have restaurants. Their fine restaurant was closed on Thursday night. Their other restaurant was ridiculous. You order at the counter, pay at the counter, and then their kitchen staff spends 25 minutes laughing their tails off while we are waiting for food. When it arrived it was cold, and the people who brought it to us simply dropped the styrofoam plates on our table and almost threw the utensils at us. The tv didn’t work. When I tried to call the desk, the phone didn’t work. They wanted to argue with me about my reservation and told me I had it on the wrong day. I showed them my phone confirmation then they found it. After fixing their mistake, I was at the front desk for ten minutes. No apology, no thank you and they didn’t even tell me my room number. I truly felt discriminated against by their actions. Rude folks running that desk.
