Employees are not friendly and nobody smiles or ask if we are enjoying our stay. Worse customer service around! We had a server throw our to go order on our table and kept on walking! Spend your money elsewhere!

Most of the staff is not customer friendly. Not one employee said hello or asked if we were enjoying our stay! One employee at the cafe threw our food on our table that was in a to go bag and kept on walking! No wonder no one likes to go there! DO BETTER! It's not that hard to change. 😜

Horrible trip in paradise Faucet sink handle broke off the first day., water went every where, phone did not work so had to go down serveal times trying to get things fixed. Then the toilet was rocking...to top that off had to use the tub for running water to was my face and brush my. We got resolution on the last day....horrible experience... Will never go there again...

We had a room on the fourth floor and the room was very nice but because I had to check out of the hotel before 6:00 the next morning I was awake all night because they decided to shampoo the carpet in the hallway outside of my room and the noise didn’t stop until 4:36 a.m. in the morning…. Never had that experience before….

I called in advance to request a medical fridge. They promised that one would be provided. I asked again at checkout, and they again promised one to the room. I showed up to the room, and there was no fridge. I spoke to them yet again, and they said that there were only 6 on site and all were in use. They provided no other solution and did not seem to care that they lied multiple times. There was also a substantial water leak in the bathroom, which maintenance did repair. However, overall, it was not a good experience.
