The director [name removed] and the Director of Nursing are newer to this facility but they have been with the company for many years. Since their arrival they have made many improvements in all aspects at the facility. They are amazing. They continue to make positive changes. I have to tell you that I was not happy with Care One Jackson in 2023. It seems that the administrator at that time brought down the quality and care of the residents. I brought deficiencies and complaints to that administrator's attention for lack of care for my mother and room cleanliness but unfortunately she did nothing to improve the situation. I made a complaint to the State of New Jersey and upper management of Care One. Thankfully that administrator resigned and things have greatly improved. So under the old administ... read more

Our loved one was previously a resident at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson for a short time and everything was great for him at this facility. We were happy with his experience. The Executive Director was excellent with all of our concerns and helped alot. Moving our loved one in was good, they allowed us to pick his room out and set it up. We would recommend Harmony Village to others.

[name removed] was wonderful. She gave such a thorough tour and answered all of our questions. [name removed] gave us her contact information and it has been so easy to communicate with her. She made sure that we were kept informed of my father's move in date, and helped us pick out the right apartment to fit his needs.

After looking at numerous facilities we decided on Harmony Village for a couple reasons. First, I would truly like to thank the director at Harmony Village. Her understanding for our father's needs and personal Caring was very much appreciated and a big factor in our decision making. Harmony Village May not have all the bells and whistles but their staff cares and does their job well. Once again on behalf of our family. We thank you!

My experience at Harmony Village Jackson was that it was very hard to reach the administration. They were very lax in and needed to improve their communication.

I've been very happy with Harmony Village so far. It has been a good experience from the very beginning. The facility itself is very inviting and pleasing to the eye. The marketing person we met with initially was very accommodating. She even came in on the weekend for a second visit with another member of our family, which we appreciated. I think it's been a good place for my loved one. It has very limited facilities if someone wants to go for a walk, but they seem to be caring and friendly. You need to look for a place that meets your relatives needs.
