I can’t say enough wonderful things about Harmony Village (CareOne) at Jackson. Their dedication to helping residents with dementia reconnect with their personalities and with their families is truly remarkable. My mother absolutely thrived during her time there. I liked the fact that it use to be a skilled nursing facility so a lot of the infrastructure is already in place in case a loved one needs a higher level of care

I will forever be grateful to Harmony Village Care One at Jackson. Making the decision to place my mother in a care facility was one of the hardest decisions of my life. The time [removed names] took with me to discuss the pros and cons was so important. I did not fell like they were “trying to make a sale” I felt like they were going to give me back my mom and allow me to concentrate all of my energy into to being the best daughter I could be. I love this facility so much that I’ve decided to make it my new career!

Everyone there are friendly and courteous and helpful. if you have a question [name removed]Will, gladly answer it for you. They are all very helpful. The place is very clean and also the restrooms. Also, the cook makes very good food.

I have come to visit a family friend on several occasions. The staff is always so nice and caring. The facility is very clean and my friend throughly enjoys the food. She is very well taken care of, and that is the most important thing.

I visited my Aunt this week at Harmony Village in jackson. The holiday spirit is alive and well at Harmony. My aunt told me she enjoys most of the events. She has made a few friends and she seems happy. I am happy my family chose this community and that my Aunt gets to experience the festivities. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nice place for their family member. Thank you.

Everyone has been great and my mother is in the best place for her. The staff is truly amazing and caring. I would recommend Harmony village assistant living to anyone who would love a warm, home feeling, caring, clean environment to live in Harmony, this is the place. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance are there ton help.

From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful. Every worker I interacted with was incredibly nice, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to assist both residents and visitors. It's clear they cultivate a positive and caring culture. The facility itself was spotless. The common areas, dining spaces and my loved one's room were all meticulously maintained and smelled fresh.
