Our loved one was previously a resident at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson for a short time and everything was great for him at this facility. We were happy with his experience. The Executive Director was excellent with all of our concerns and helped alot. Moving our loved one in was good, they allowed us to pick his room out and set it up. We would recommend Harmony Village to others.

[name removed] was wonderful. She gave such a thorough tour and answered all of our questions. [name removed] gave us her contact information and it has been so easy to communicate with her. She made sure that we were kept informed of my father's move in date, and helped us pick out the right apartment to fit his needs.

After looking at numerous facilities we decided on Harmony Village for a couple reasons. First, I would truly like to thank the director at Harmony Village. Her understanding for our father's needs and personal Caring was very much appreciated and a big factor in our decision making. Harmony Village May not have all the bells and whistles but their staff cares and does their job well. Once again on behalf of our family. We thank you!

The staff members at Harmony Village at CareOne are all very caring, informative, and the facility is clean and inviting. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My experience at Harmony Village Jackson was that it was very hard to reach the administration. They were very lax in and needed to improve their communication.

I've been very happy with Harmony Village so far. It has been a good experience from the very beginning. The facility itself is very inviting and pleasing to the eye. The marketing person we met with initially was very accommodating. She even came in on the weekend for a second visit with another member of our family, which we appreciated. I think it's been a good place for my loved one. It has very limited facilities if someone wants to go for a walk, but they seem to be caring and friendly. You need to look for a place that meets your relatives needs.

They go out of their way to make the client as comfortable as possible while giving them as much freedom as they want. They're very astute on what the client needs and attentive on what their family is requesting, alongside what patient needs as well. We've been to several places, some were okay and some were horrible. Harmony Village is just phenomenal, they don't fit him into a square box of general care services, they're the first to address his individualized issues and what he needs.

We always appreciated when we came to visit there was an administrative member on staff so anytime we had questions or concerns we were able to go to them. Sometimes the nursing staff was understaffed because there was just one director of nursing but they were very communicative and stepped up to the plate when needed to. When our loved one needed to go on hospice they worked very well with the hospice team who were fantastic
