We chose Harmony Village at the time because they were remodeling one of the floors so I was able to go and see, other tours would have been virtual. I also liked that everything is one price and I know what I will pay every month. The room sizes here are average compared to others, the bathroom is actually pretty roomy though. The thing we thought was really good about Harmony Village is it is a memory care only community and small, so it seemed like it would be a good place for someone who needs those supportive services. The staff asked a lot of questions and was willing to try things and circle back, and try more things and circle back again So we really appreciated that. They were great at communicating with us through Covid restrictions, mostly over the phone. And I would recommend them to others.
Wow, I was shocked on how good the food was. They had a good demo while I was there and it was great.
I have toured many assisted living facilities and I have to say Harmony Village was very impressive. Will definitely mention this to clients that I may come across in the future.
The community is clean, active, friendly and nurturing. I make referrals whenever I have them.
All of the staff and programs have been great. The food and care have exceeded my expectations.
I am so happy I decided to move my Mom to Harmony. She has done so well I should have done it sooner.
Moving out of state so my family is moving our dad with us. I hope I can find another facility that meets my standards that Harmony provided. We will miss the staff!
