They go out of their way to make the client as comfortable as possible while giving them as much freedom as they want. They're very astute on what the client needs and attentive on what their family is requesting, alongside what patient needs as well. We've been to several places, some were okay and some were horrible. Harmony Village is just phenomenal, they don't fit him into a square box of general care services, they're the first to address his individualized issues and what he needs.

We always appreciated when we came to visit there was an administrative member on staff so anytime we had questions or concerns we were able to go to them. Sometimes the nursing staff was understaffed because there was just one director of nursing but they were very communicative and stepped up to the plate when needed to. When our loved one needed to go on hospice they worked very well with the hospice team who were fantastic

My husband's dementia progressed and he became a "difficult patient". He had violent outbursts and the first facility I placed him in was unable to deal with him. Care One was suggested by a Social Worker and he is doing much better there. They are able to deal with him and his condition has improved.

They give us a calendar for the activities but they do not match up with what they are actually doing at the time. My loved one is safe and that is what really counts. They lost her hearing aid and that is something that can not be replaced and other things that could be better.

Its a great place and wonderful community. They have a chef on site and have activities twice a day. They are very educated and caring. Overall it has been a great experience and I have already recommended this community.

The community is unbelievable. My husband is getting excellent care here. If you're comparing it to hotels, it's not like the Plaza Hotel, but more like a Howard Johnson. But that's just he ambiance of the place. The care is what matters.

It's hard to tell sometimes since my loved one with dementia can't communicate to me what she's experiencing. But it seems like a nice place to me. I would definitely tell other families to give it a try. It just depends on the individual person you're placing there, what their wants and needs are. I feel safe and secure with my loved one there. She gets meals, and she gets good medical attention if something happens. I feel very happy she's there. If I have any concerns or questions or send them an email, they respond and a... read more

We chose Harmony Village at the time because they were remodeling one of the floors so I was able to go and see, other tours would have been virtual. I also liked that everything is one price and I know what I will pay every month. The room sizes here are average compared to others, the bathroom is actually pretty roomy though. They do have a beauty salon on site which is nice so I do not have to take her out. They are starting to get my mom involved with bingo and she loves the activities director here. Also they have been ... read more

The thing we thought was really good about Harmony Village is it is a memory care only community and small, so it seemed like it would be a good place for someone who needs those supportive services. The staff asked a lot of questions and was willing to try things and circle back, and try more things and circle back again So we really appreciated that. They were great at communicating with us through Covid restrictions, mostly over the phone. And I would recommend them to others.
