Friendly caring atmosphere. We also liked that there were 3 different communities based on cognitive level and cost. I would recommend this facility
If you are looking for a good community for someone dealing with dementia or cognitive impairment Care One Jackson is the place to be! I had a loved one who moved in the community and thrived! The activities and design of the community is perfect! The staff is friendly and the building is clean! Management in the community goes above and beyond! Thank you for making my family happy and giving us a peace of mind that they are ok
The facility is good, clean and close to relatives. The staff is attentive! However, the social activities are not appropriate to my father in law. Mu gather in law is a new resident and still getting acclimated to the new surroundings.
I have to say since [name removed] took over it’s like a family feeling again and the staff she brought in is excellent. My husband has been there 5 years and this has been the best year and a half. Everyone here cares now. The nurses are wonderful and the aids. God bless them they have some job [name removed]
It was a difficult decision to have to put my husband in memory care but the staff are so warm and helpful. It was a difficult transition for us but he's doing well and I have piece of mind that he's safe there.
[name removed] and every single person that I dealt with at Harmony Village was aces. They went above and beyond and were always kind and helpful. I was grateful that I placed my Mother in this facility; if only for the last 3.5 weeks of her life. I knew she was safe and well-cared for in a clean, private room that felt like home. I definitely felt like I made the right choice.

When I was at my wits end caring for my father-in-law as his dementia advanced I didn’t know what to do or where to go and a friend told me about Harmony Village at Jackson and the great experience they had with their uncle.
