Harmony village did a wonderful thing for the Jackson Liberty Boys soccer team and surprised us by offering to host our banquet. The staff was so accommodating, atmosphere was fun and the food was delicious. We can't thank Harmony Village enough for helping us create such a special evening for the boys.
Attended my son’s soccer banquet hosted at Harmony Village. Place was clean and nicely decorated. There was a small kitchenette area and a room with a foos ball table perfect for family visits. Staff were friendly and food was good.
Choosing a place for my uncle was more challenging and difficult than imagined. I already felt guilty because he didn’t want to go into a “home” however the feeling I got when I walked into harmony village immediately put me at ease. Wow! Our experience with Harmony Village at Care One in Jackson was phenomenal. Upon entering we were greeted by friendly staff willing to help us with anything. The place is clean and welcoming. By welcoming the local high school sports teams to use their banquet room, they are giving back to the community. The staff was so friendly and truly enjoyed having us there. The food was great and the cake was delicious.
I visit a family friend here. The friend is clean and well cared for and the facility is always clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I have never eaten the food, so I can't speak to it. I have seen the food and my friend says it is good, so I will take her word for it.
As a Registered Nurse finding medically appropriate compassionate dementia care in Jackson NJ for my father-in-law was more difficult than I ever imagined. The director [name removed] and the Director of Nursing are newer to this facility but they have been with the company for many years. Since their arrival they have made many improvements in all aspects at the facility. They are amazing. They continue to make positive changes. I have to tell you that I was not happy with Care One Jackson in 2023. It seems that the administrator at that time brought down the quality and care of the residents. I brought deficiencies and complaints to that administrator's attention for lack of care for my mother and room cleanliness but unfortunately she did nothing to improve the situation.
