This guy is a local veterinarian who sees dollar signs the minute you walk into the door of his office. He misdiagnosed my cats illness, prescribed the wrong medication that almost killed him, and had the audacity to charge me for another relacement medication that made him sicker than the first one he was taking did. I'm very disappointed in the Hartsdale Veterinarian Hospital. I feel like the vet screwed me over because I had mentioned going to an acupuncturist to prolong my dog's life. He did not even give me an approval for an acupuncturist that I wanted to see. His tone almost sounded like he didn't approve my holistic ways no matter how much he tried to play it as if he was respectful. We respect a holistic approach to veterinary medicine and have a network of specialists which we refer our clients to if needed. It was explained to this owner that a licensed veterinary acupuncturist should be working on her dog; not a human acupuncturist. It was explained to the owner that her 14lb 15 year old dog had lost 4lbs. This constituted over 30% of the dog's body weight.
