Headlight Revolution has done extensive testing of all Headlight related products on the market and they pass that knowledge onto there customers. They have a large DIY video section on there web page. I have upgraded "All" the High, low beam headlights and the fog lights on my Toyota 4runner with the GTR HID Light kits. The HID Headlight. I could never figure out why my tail light bulbs were hyper flashing. Called in to Headlight Revolution and Anthony was very thorough walking me through what I was suppose to do. Who knew I needed a resistor for the bulbs. Thank you.
Had a great experience with upgrading my headlights on my RAM truck. The Ultra 3 bulbs have made my night commutes much safer.

Not too long after writing the review, I did hear back from Headlight Revolution and they allowed me to return my purchased part and gave me money back. Unsure though about what was left off of my refund, as my initial purchase was $53.00 and the refund amount I received was for less. i would have to say that I was a little miffed when I read about "bad" reviews here with this company. I had a different experience. they were professional and respectful. they offer a military discount which is good. however, there is room for improvement. reviews are fine but keep in mind that it should account for only one part of the equation when deciding on a big purchase.
I was left frustrated until I spoke to the right person. I encountered their support team during a phone interruption and was unable to get through. Once I reached them, I was able to get warranty work in a timely manner. Looking forward to posting a update photo.
This is my first time purchasing from Headlight Revolution and I forgot to order a harness I needed for my headlights so I tried calling customer service and was on hold for awhile but... As soon as someone answered the phone It didn't take but 5 mins for someone to help me with the part I needed. Not only did they send me the part free of charge, but they also gave me 1-2 day shipping free of charge.
