really no stars customer service is terrible you set on hold forever to talk with someone i was sent a bad headlamp they advertise that they test there lamps before shipping I don't think so i payed big dollars get the lamps installed right lamp has a direct short internal blows my body control module up! finally get a hold of customer support they cant send me a replacement for months !!! so bought some cheap $400 dollar set off amazon work like a champ after over $600 spent at the local garage replacing the module and g... read more

I ordered the GTR ultra series 2 with pwm module for them and the pwm module don't work at all. The bulbs aren't as bright as they say either. Also they were professional installed to by ram dealership. I tried to contact them off there website and they never responded. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First, they talk a good game but are really lousy players. Why even answer your phone when the wait was 45 minutes- really rude. Ordered headlights and told my car doesn't need anti flicker resistors. But it did so install a failure- so called back- on hold for another 45 minutes- to order them and they sent the wrong ones- so my car sat at the mechanics for 3 days for nothing and then they had to remove the Japanese lights I paid $400 for. Wish I could leave a no star rating. They don't deserve even 1 Terrible ... read more

I paid a lot of money for damaged headlights and headlight revolution customer service apparently doesn't exist. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to help me for months now. I called and the guy said he can't help me but he will give my number to someone that can help. don't do business with them if you want good customer service. It's been three months and I have not got anywhere. Looks like I'm out my $2000. I think this is a shady operation or scamming is going on here. Buyer beware!

Headlight Revolution, No stars deserved. There customer service is horrible. You can't get ahold of anyone, on the phone or email. I tried calling during there regular business hours and it always says there closed in there message and to call back during regular business hours. Tried it several times. Nothing, same issue. I tried emailing them with a simple question and they sent me a customer support number and never heard back from them. I sent them 4 more emails over periods of time, waiting for a response and received ... read more

Never delivered my order, wouldn't respond to emails asking for shipment info. They create a shipping label at the time of order so as to prevent you from cancelling the order online. Only recovering my money by contesting the charge with my credit card company. Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I have had nothing but issues with their products. I have had to take the front of my truck (2019 F250) apart and back together again over 10 times to remove faulty bulbs and transformers. Just yesterday I did it again as they sent me a replacement bulb and transformer after taking the front end of my truck off I went to install only to find that they sent me the wrong bulb and transformer. I e mailed them twice today with no answer. I could go on and on about all the issues that I have had with the bulbs and the crappy ... read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered "open box" headlights. They were rated "A grade" which claims to be "like new" condition. One of the headlights I received was as described. The other was clearly not. It had obviously been installed and used for a long period of time (dirt throughout, labels peeling and scuffs that would be visible after install). I ordered H7 lights for my Mercedes after checking their online vehicle compatibility chart and calling in and speaking to a rep at length. They assured me that the leds would be plug and play. Turns out they're not a fit whatsoever! Requested a return mailing label along with an RMA and they've been ultra slow to respond. Go elsewhere!
