Extremely poor communication and customer service. Please read before buying or you will be waiting over an hour when calling this company. I ordered a light bar for my brother's tundra and a switch was sent in place of the panel which replaces the OEM panel. The company claims that due to design changes the switch was less problematic. Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased bulbs for a 2005 Hummer H2 and they don't fit. Sent pictures of my headlight configuration to them and asked them how to install them when I have a big bulb they sent me and a smaller bulb in my vehicle. There response was "These should fit.". I've been reaching out to customer service for over two weeks asking a few questions prior to buying a product. I've received no reply. I'll take my business elsewhere. I can see from these reviews that I've dodged a headache if I were to ever actually need anything from support.

My wife ordered me the XBG Grill inserts for my F350 Platinum pickup for Christmas. Opened the package on Christmas day only to find out the package was sent without any of the mentioned included wiring so we cannot do the installation. Multiple phone calls and emails since 12/26 and they still cannot get this squared away! A few years back I purchased quite a few items from Headlight Revolution and was very pleased with everything and then here we are today. I ordered a front signal and marker light kit about a month ago and within two weeks one of my signal bulbs started to act weird. I tried for a week to contact the company by phone with no luck. terrible customer service. I purchased a morimoto grill lights for my super duty both of their connectors failed and ruined a factory harness which I had to get replaced. this went on over four months period of time and no one would ever get back to me. Absolutely terrible.

A few months ago I purchase a set of Headlight buckets for my 2006 Ford F250. The Alpha Rex Pro Series were a good fit with ease of installation, but these headlight provided less illumination than my factory headlights. I was told I could return them. The cost of shipping this return was $115.00 over and above the sale price of $401.25 with tax included. It has taken better than two weeks to get a response on my returned funds.
