DO NOT BUY HEADLIGHTS FROM HEADLIGHT REVOLUTION!!! Worst customer service ever. I ordered headlights for my 2014 Tundra, I received headlights for a 2016 Tacoma. Been trying to return for months. HR will not respond to emails or phone calls. I'm out $1072.05.
They are nothing more than a crappy middle man distribution center for vehicle lighting. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous, I order new headlight housings for my truck and when I went to install them the factory side marker bulbs I was supposed to reuse in the new housing didn't fit. They didn't send me the correct housing. I reached out to rectify this and a week went by with no answer so I decided to go a different route and requested a refund. Overpriced! I've had multiple GTR brand bulbs burn out prematurely. Response from HR is that they are high performance and don't last as long. Save some money and purchase from Amazon or eBay. Customer service is atrocious these days as well! What's the advantage then if you're paying more. Many youtubers test bulbs in the same way!
I would give 0 starts if it wa possible. I bought 1500 dollars worth of lights and brackets. When my package arrived brackets weren't sent so I contacted them and I was told it would be over a month before I got the brackets. Then I asked for a refund on the brackets because I had to spend another 100 bucks on brackets they stopped communicating with me. Take your money else where.
Bought vision x 7" round conversion housings and sv4 h4 bulbs. Transaction went smooth, install went well. All seemed fine. These were installed on a Freightliner mt45 service truck. About a month ago I was out on a call and while sitting at a red light one of the glass lenses fell off the housing and smashed on the road. No biggie shit happens. The worst design. I purchased a pair of i-led for my Colorado, when I opened the box and removed the bulbs the reflectors weren't attached. I pulled out of the box put them in the bulbs but they aren't secured in, they're loose and fall out with vibration. I called customer service and they told me I can return them but will have to pay a 10% restocking fee. I need to pay a fee for their poorly designed bulbs. terrible customer service with the gtr lighting for the 4Runner they wanted me to send a video of what's going on and did then got back with sorry we can't help you will never purchase headlights or anything from them worse experience ever specially for some Chinese headlights
Extremely poor communication and customer service. Please read before buying or you will be waiting over an hour when calling this company. I ordered a light bar for my brother's tundra and a switch was sent in place of the panel which replaces the OEM panel. The company claims that due to design changes the switch was less problematic. Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased bulbs for a 2005 Hummer H2 and they don't fit. Sent pictures of my headlight configuration to them and asked them how to install them when I have a big bulb they sent me and a smaller bulb in my vehicle. There response was "These should fit.". Clearly lacking all kinds of customer experience as they never addressed the problem that they don't fit, that is why I am reaching out to them.
