i would have to say that I was a little miffed when I read about "bad" reviews here with this company. I had a different experience. they were professional and respectful. they offer a military discount which is good. however, there is room for improvement. reviews are fine but keep in mind that it should account for only one part of the equation when deciding on a big purchase.
I was left frustrated until I spoke to the right person. I encountered their support team during a phone interruption and was unable to get through. Once I reached them, I was able to get warranty work in a timely manner. Looking forward to posting a update photo.
This is my first time purchasing from Headlight Revolution and I forgot to order a harness I needed for my headlights so I tried calling customer service and was on hold for awhile but... As soon as someone answered the phone It didn't take but 5 mins for someone to help me with the part I needed. Not only did they send me the part free of charge, but they also gave me 1-2 day shipping free of charge. No stars, scam to get your money, let me tell you they do NOT test, customer service is non existent, every time I call get out on hold for hours. Everyone who works at this company is useless and brain dead. Overcharge for crap products that didn't even last a year and won't warranty them. Update: Finally got ahold of a nice lady, didn't get here name, she was super helpful and was able to get my warranty replacement expedited and was super apologetic about the entire situation.
Great selection of automotive lights and bulbs. They had the Morimoto headlight upgrades for the second gen Nissan Frontier that I've been waiting for for over a year. They had a great Black Friday deal and awesome customer service and communication. Thanks again!

We have purchased headlights for 4 of our cars from HR. They have a great selection of lights. However, if you want to talk to someone concerning info to purchase or for an issue you may have....good luck. They never seem to answer their emails and when you try to call them, expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes. Sometimes after waiting 30 minutes on hold, they will come back with a message to leave a number so they can call you back and call disconnects. Do not buy from Headlight Revolution. I bought headlights from them and I waited months for 1 blub not to work. I thought the customer service would be understanding but no. Ive had to send pictures. I've been asked to put the blub that clearly doesnt work back in multiple times. They've done nothing but give me a hard time. I just want blubs that work or my money back. It's a ripoff completely. I had a very disappointing experience with Headlight Revolution and will not be purchasing from them again. I ordered a product that was listed as compatible with a 2026 Jeep Wrangler. After receiving it, I found out it was not compatible with my specific trim (392), which comes with OEM LED headlights.
