terrible customer service. I purchased a morimoto grill lights for my super duty both of their connectors failed and ruined a factory harness which I had to get replaced. this went on over four months period of time and no one would ever get back to me. Absolutely terrible.

A few months ago I purchase a set of Headlight buckets for my 2006 Ford F250. The Alpha Rex Pro Series were a good fit with ease of installation, but these headlight provided less illumination than my factory headlights. I was told I could return them. The cost of shipping this return was $115.00 over and above the sale price of $401.25 with tax included. It has taken better than two weeks to get a response on my returned funds. Do not order from this site! I placed an order for headlights for my truck, the option I selected for the right version defaulted back to the wrong one when I placed the order. In the email I received it stated cancel was possible through my account. I attempt to login and had to do 8 password resets before it actually let me in, after finally getting in, could not cancel the order through my account. Customer service is non existent. Sent me a broken resister. Told them about it, do they say" we apologize". No, they say"send it back and we will check it". So I re soldered it myself. I didn't want to wait, I already had to buy a resister, to get the LED bulbs to work.

In 2021 I bought 2 low beam bulbs, 2 high beam bulbs, fog lamps and the extended boots for my F150 ($550). Installed, looked and worked great. 6 months later I noticed while rotating my tires that two of the boots had cracked and were falling off. They replaced them. Great so far. Fast forward to now in February 2024. Saw that the driver side low beam was really dim. The passenger side was dimmer then normal but not as bad. Removed tires and inspected. really no stars customer service is terrible you set on hold forever to talk with someone i was sent a bad headlamp they advertise that they test there lamps before shipping I don't think so i payed big dollars get the lamps installed right lamp has a direct short internal blows my body control module up! finally get a hold of customer support they cant send me a replacement for months !!! so bought some cheap $400 dollar set off amazon work like a champ after over $600 spent at the local garage replacing the module and g... read more

I ordered the GTR ultra series 2 with pwm module for them and the pwm module don't work at all. The bulbs aren't as bright as they say either. Also they were professional installed to by ram dealership. I tried to contact them off there website and they never responded. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First, they talk a good game but are really lousy players. Why even answer your phone when the wait was 45 minutes- really rude. Ordered headlights and told my car doesn't need anti flicker resistors. But it did so install a failure- so called back- on hold for another 45 minutes- to order them and they sent the wrong ones- so my car sat at the mechanics for 3 days for nothing and then they had to remove the Japanese lights I paid $400 for. Wish I could leave a no star rating. They don't deserve even 1 Terrible ... read more

I paid a lot of money for damaged headlights and headlight revolution customer service apparently doesn't exist. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to help me for months now. I called and the guy said he can't help me but he will give my number to someone that can help. don't do business with them if you want good customer service. It's been three months and I have not got anywhere. Looks like I'm out my $2000. I think this is a shady operation or scamming is going on here. Buyer beware!
