Well Dr Nick came in within a very few minutes of me being escorted to the exam room. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful in his practicing with me. Upon my completion I was to go to the middle chairs in the appointment section. And those ladies were very fast, thorough, friendly and professional. I like the new process so much better than the way it was before. Before I could expect to wait almost an 1 1/2 if not longer. This way I was in and out in just minutes under an hour.
