Amazing customer service and support.
Dr. Castro is an excellent chiropractor and very professional. I highly recommend him. Healthpointe also has excellent physical therapists. My only complaint is that it took the insurance carrier too long to approve the services.
Everyone greeted me with a smile; was helpful, and accommodating. The doctor was mild mannered, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
