Well Dr Nick came in within a very few minutes of me being escorted to the exam room. He is always so knowledgeable and helpful in his practicing with me. Upon my completion I was to go to the middle chairs in the appointment section. And those ladies were very fast, thorough, friendly and professional. I like the new process so much better than the way it was before. Before I could expect to wait almost an 1 1/2 if not longer. This way I was in and out in just minutes under an hour. Great! Ben & Sandy are helping me a lot.
The physical therapists at the Long Beach office of Healthpointe are phenomenal.They teach you what to do and work with you on getting it right. Was sent home with a printout of the exercises to do at home. Not every place is as thorough. Thank you, Sandy and Ben.

Dr. Nick is nice, knowledgeable and professional. He shows concerns for my well being and for my recovery. It could be great if he had more time in the sesión/visit but it’s too quick, I also understand the nature of the business and how busy it is every time I have appointment.office staff, everyone is super nice.

The visit was good, staff always nice.
Doctor Li is very attentive and listens to everything I tell him that's hurts me. If I happen to know someone in my family I will differently tell them about your office. Also the nurse in the front are very good. Even the mail nurses who take my vitals are also very kind. I will give the a score of 💯 percent. I am very happy that I came to see them.
