Amazing customer service and support.
Dr. Castro is an excellent chiropractor and very professional. I highly recommend him. Healthpointe also has excellent physical therapists. My only complaint is that it took the insurance carrier too long to approve the services.
Everyone greeted me with a smile; was helpful, and accommodating. The doctor was mild mannered, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Too many forms to fill out and read. 20 pages most of it is very repetitive takes too long to fill out forms the same day.
