Iāve been really needing an appointment; anxiously waiting for months! I was unable to meet with the doctor as she could only reschedule me for an in- person visit. I was disappointed at the time , but I understand she had to follow the policy. I hope I actually get to speak with someone soon. Other than this scheduling procedure, I have been supported by Doctors Marshall and Hester. Thank you so much!Ā

Dr. Castro is an excellent chiropractor and very professional. I highly recommend him. Healthpointe also has excellent physical therapists. My only complaint is that it took the insurance carrier too long to approve the services.Ā
Everyone greeted me with a smile; was helpful, and accommodating. The doctor was mild mannered, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.Ā
