Very professional and knowledgeable.
Everyone had a pleasant attitude and the atmosphere was very nice and all of the staff were very polite and friendly today.
First, I was first to arrive. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:45am and had to wait outside. I recently tore my meniscus and had trouble standing. I signed first. For some reason they called some female before they called me. The Dr saw that other person before he saw me. Why did they put her before me when she came after me? That was not fair, nor right! It should be first come, first one for the doctor to see. I hope next time I go I will be treated fairly.
Longbeach PT: The front desk young lady is always very pleasant and accommodating. Ben my PT is very professional and listens very well to my complains of pain.
They are always wonderful!! They treat me amazing! I get my neck worked on and I can feel better until the next time.
