I fell in the facility
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment at 11 and it was 11:30 and I had forgotten that I was there and I had to reschedule since I had an important meeting and I even live in Oceanside from my point of view if they ask me to be punctual I also demanded the same punctuality
They don’t seem to care about patients at all. There is always problems/issues getting your prescriptions in a timely manner. First of all, they usually wait until the end of the day to send I. The prescriptions. Secondly, they are often wrong. Third, to get them to correct the error is a HUGE hassle. Often times they don’t seem to care since days can go by before something is done…..it at all. Worst service ever. Do not recommend. I’ve been a patient of dr.Kims for awhile and I can honestly say he is an exceptional doctor, front office staff is so kind and welcoming. But the nurse who roomed me needs some sensitivity training, she seemed very young but was inconsiderate while being on her phone as it seemed that was more important than tending to my pain. I felt very uncomfortable.

If I could give you 0 I would! Took day off of work for the second time snd was called 30 minutes before appointment doctor will be late and need to reschedule? I’m done. Appointment before waited 3 hours ?
