Switched my doctor today from the doctor. I had in Colton, to a doctor here at HealthPointe in Temecula. Much closer. Thank you. Good physical therapy visit today.
My appointment was for 10 AM. I show up, and they say that my appointment was for 8 AM. I explained to them that I have had this Monday appointment at 10 AM since January 9th. They say they can’t see me now. I will be in tomorrow at 8 AM. I told them NOT to mark me absent for today. My doctor wanted me to go to three physical therapies before I see him on Wednesday. I fell in the facility
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment at 11 and it was 11:30 and I had forgotten that I was there and I had to reschedule since I had an important meeting and I even live in Oceanside from my point of view if they ask me to be punctual I also demanded the same punctuality
They don’t seem to care about patients at all. There is always problems/issues getting your prescriptions in a timely manner. First of all, they usually wait until the end of the day to send I. The prescriptions. Secondly, they are often wrong. Third, to get them to correct the error is a HUGE hassle. Often times they don’t seem to care since days can go by before something is done…..it at all. Worst service ever. Do not recommend.
