Heidi did an excellent job getting us approved for a loan and getting the loan completed on our house. This was not an average home purchase because there were strict timelines (bordering on infeasible) and I am self-employed which always complicates things in the loan process. Heidi and Stefani were fantastic. At every turn in our mortgage process Heidi and Stefani were there to answer questions and to explain what the next steps were. They are an extremely organized group who knew our contingent schedule better than we did at times. They met all deadlines and actually funded our loan on a 30-day close a day early. I couldn't recommend them enough!
