Once I contacted Heidi she followed through immediately by answering my questions and problem solving my scenario. The loan info was easy to complete and the process was streamlined. They watched rates and locked in with perfect timing. I’d recommend this company to anyone shopping for a loan.
The Treehouse team was great to work with on helping us purchase a second home in Monterey. Heidi and Matt know their stuff, very responsive, and fast! Compared to working with a large bank, where you speak to someone different every day, these guys were personally involved all the way through and also very flexible as my needs changed during the process. I would give Treehouse my highest recommendation and would definitely work with them again.
Heidi made our home buying an easy one. She walked with us step by step in the loan process. She even took time to help us work with the questions asked by the underwriter for our loan processing. Heidi and her team did an excellent job getting my loan approved! I had an unanticipated opportunity to buy a home that had a huge amount of sentimental value to me. I had some difficult timelines I needed to adhere to in order to close on the property. Heidi herself did an outstanding job of keeping everything rolling (despite my profanity-laden verbal eruptions when documents were requested) and we were able to close and record the property by our deadline. After being directed to Tree House Mortgage while exploring an investment purchase that may have needed private financing, Heidi and I also looked at re-financing my primary residence to take advantage of the low interest rates. My commercial banker WFB was uncooperative subordinating the Equity Line, so Heidi's team did a Double Deal with me with a primary re-fi as well as a new Equity Line that was better! Heidi and her team went out of their way to help me purchase my beautiful home. It never would have happened without her. She and her team stayed with me the whole way, were quickly responsive to my questions, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional all at the same time. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Heidi was recommended by my realtor, and I couldn't have been happier. My only regret was in taking so long to post this review for her, and her whole office. She was superb! She also maintained a great sense of humor in dealing with me - I wasn't the easiest, or most patient, client. Since the initial mortgage several years ago, I've since refinanced twice, to fund refurbishments on my 90-year-old house, and Heidi has handled both. I wouldn't want anyone else to do it!
