The Treehouse team was great to work with on helping us purchase a second home in Monterey. Heidi and Matt know their stuff, very responsive, and fast! Compared to working with a large bank, where you speak to someone different every day, these guys were personally involved all the way through and also very flexible as my needs changed during the process. I would give Treehouse my highest recommendation and would definitely work with them again.

Heidi and her team did an excellent job getting my loan approved! I had an unanticipated opportunity to buy a home that had a huge amount of sentimental value to me. I had some difficult timelines I needed to adhere to in order to close on the property. After being directed to Tree House Mortgage while exploring an investment purchase that may have needed private financing, Heidi and I also looked at re-financing my primary residence to take advantage of the low interest rates. My commercial banker WFB was uncooperative subordinating the Equity Line, so Heidi's team did a Double Deal with me with a primary re-fi as well as a new Equity Line that was better!
