We had so so many "roadblocks'...corona...a daughter on the other coast needing financial help...the crazy timing of finishing construction and getting appraisals done...CORONA!...and yet Heidi and her team couldn't have been more helpful, more attentive..more professional..more available to us. They went above and beyond to get everything done and we couldn't be happier with their efforts!

Both Heidi and Stephani were over the top helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were able to deliver as promised in this crazy time, and I never left my home! I would most definitely recommend them.

Ours was not a simple refinance as we had some hurdles in our path ... but Heidi and Stefani were amazing from start to finish! Although it was not an easy journey, they made us feel at ease the entire way ... and then to have to complete it all during the Shelter in Place Order ... they went above and beyond ... we would recommend them in a heartbeat ... great to work with ... such a great team!

Heidi and TeamDaunt at Treehouse Mortgage closed my very first VA loan in 2018. With rates dropping, Heidi watched daily until she could lock in a new lower Interest rate when rates bottomed on a VA refi saving me an additional $500+/month. Heidi is amazing! She and her team didn’t bat an eyelash when the first house they arranged financing for fell through for us at the last minute because the sellers changed their minds. The Treehouse crew got right to work preparing a new loan for the subsequent property, and their efforts helped us close escrow early. After several attempts to get a loan (with a lot of special circumstances), Heidi, Stefani, and their team were the ones able to help us. The process took longer than expected due to unforeseen obstacles.
