After several attempts to get a loan (with a lot of special circumstances), Heidi, Stefani, and their team were the ones able to help us. The process took longer than expected due to unforeseen obstacles. There were several delays and gliches along the way, but they stayed in communication with us, keeping us updated, and were always a phone call away. Heidi and her team are always on top of things, Rey responsive and helpful. And a pleasure to work with. They use all of the latest technology so most of the paperwork is done on line.
