After being directed to Tree House Mortgage while exploring an investment purchase that may have needed private financing, Heidi and I also looked at re-financing my primary residence to take advantage of the low interest rates. My commercial banker WFB was uncooperative subordinating the Equity Line, so Heidi's team did a Double Deal with me with a primary re-fi as well as a new Equity Line that was better! She also directed me to a competitor lender for a new Equity Line on an investment property she was not able to do. She was able to understand my goals and personally found ways to make 3 different loans happen, so I only needed to submit the documents once. I have already recommended her to others who have non-conforming loan issues, as I think if anyone can get it done, Heidi can!

The service is second to none. We have worked with banks and other companies in the past. Heidi's team is the best. Stefani has been amazing. Covid or not you would never know there was an issue related to pandemic. On point, informative.....Just GREAT all around.

Heidi and her team went out of their way to help me purchase my beautiful home. It never would have happened without her. She and her team stayed with me the whole way, were quickly responsive to my questions, were friendly, knowledgeable and professional all at the same time. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. Heidi was recommended by my realtor, and I couldn't have been happier. My only regret was in taking so long to post this review for her, and her whole office. She was superb! She also maintained a great sense of humor in dealing with me - I wasn't the easiest, or most patient, client.
Since the initial mortgage several years ago, I've since refinanced twice, to fund refurbishments on my 90-year-old house, and Heidi has handled both. I wouldn't want anyone else to do it! Thanks Heidi, and everyone at Treehouse Mortgage.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had the opportunity working with Heidi, Stefani and TreeHouse Mortgage Group.
As many of you know, purchasing a home is not an easy task and these women were complete client advocates the entire way through. They’re professionalism and thoroughness helped keep us motivated and optimistic each and every time there was a hurdle to cross. We couldn’t have done it without them and we are so happy we had them on our team!
We look forward to working with TreeHouse Mortgage for all of our future endeavors and HIGHLY recommend them.
