We considered working directly with our bank to get a home loan, but a friend recommended Heidi Daunt at Treehouse to help us get the best rate. Using them was an unexpectedly good move for us. Not only did they help us get an amazing rate, they shielded us from the whole process (which is insanely complicated and messy) so we didn't have to manage it ourselves, which would have been super stressful. My husband and I just worked with Heidi and her team for the second time. Last year they were so easy to work with when we needed a loan for our new home that we didn’t hesitate to call Heidi when interest rates dropped and we wanted to refinance. Once again she got right to work, locked in an excellent interest rate, and made the refinance process easy for us. She and her team explain things well, stay in communication regularly, and follow through on their promises. We are very satisfied customers once again.

Heidi and her employee, Stefani were on top of things. They clearly communicated what was needed from me and keep me updated every step of the way. I especially appreciate the follow-up after the loan had gone through and the freindly way they both checked in on my throughout the process.

Heidi, Stefani and team were fantastic and total pros. We were first time home buyers, and they were so patient and knowledgable. Very savvy to get the best rates and helping me deal with the ups and downs across the underwriting process. And on top of all that they have fun and are pleasant to be around!

We had so so many "roadblocks'...corona...a daughter on the other coast needing financial help...the crazy timing of finishing construction and getting appraisals done...CORONA!...and yet Heidi and her team couldn't have been more helpful, more attentive..more professional..more available to us. They went above and beyond to get everything done and we couldn't be happier with their efforts!
