After being directed to Tree House Mortgage while exploring an investment purchase that may have needed private financing, Heidi and I also looked at re-financing my primary residence to take advantage of the low interest rates. My commercial banker WFB was uncooperative subordinating the Equity Line, so Heidi's team did a Double Deal with me with a primary re-fi as well as a new Equity Line that was better! Heidi was recommended by my realtor, and I couldn't have been happier. My only regret was in taking so long to post this review for her, and her whole office. She was superb! She also maintained a great sense of humor in dealing with me - I wasn't the easiest, or most patient, client. Since the initial mortgage several years ago, I've since refinanced twice, to fund refurbishments on my 90-year-old house, and Heidi has handled both. I wouldn't want anyone else to do it! Thanks Heidi, and everyone at Treehouse Mortgage.

We considered working directly with our bank to get a home loan, but a friend recommended Heidi Daunt at Treehouse to help us get the best rate. Using them was an unexpectedly good move for us. Not only did they help us get an amazing rate, they shielded us from the whole process (which is insanely complicated and messy) so we didn't have to manage it ourselves, which would have been super stressful. My husband and I just worked with Heidi and her team for the second time. Last year they were so easy to work with when we needed a loan for our new home that we didn’t hesitate to call Heidi when interest rates dropped and we wanted to refinance. Once again she got right to work, locked in an excellent interest rate, and made the refinance process easy for us.
