Heidi and her team were terrific, Heidi did everything possible to see that my loan process went smoothly. Clearly my expectations were exceeded. Her primary focus was my loan, however her extensive local knowledge of the real estate market was very helpful to me when evaluating my options. Mine was a difficult, tricky loan process, and most mortgage companies probably would have said, "Sorry, I don't think we can help you". Team Daunt--Heidi and Jan in particular, were not going to be deterred no matter what. They kept at it until the loan was approved and funded. I can't say enough great things about this team! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fast and helpful responses. We were able to apply for a loan and close in around a month's of time - smooth process. Heidi and her team would definitely be a top choice I would recommend to someone that needs help financing!

First, through Heidi's referral to Atilla, my credit score increased over 100 points. At the very end, I thought things were going to fall apart, but Heidi's staff worked diligently, and communicated well with all parties to save the day. Also, they were all incredibly responsive since much of the action occurred between Christmas and New Years.

Last fall Heidi worked long and diligently, with her team, to get approval for the refinance of our home in Markham Ranch. Because we had been overseas for 21 years, and had recently retired, getting our income and credit to meet the required criteria was a challenge. The Treehouse crew worked for almost 3 months to finally get approval. All of the folks we worked with are caring people and remain friends. Heidi and her team are all about service. They go above and beyond to get the job done. They are a pleasure to work with, and you can see the staff takes great pride in their work. Heidi has helped me out numerous times on personal loans, as well as clients of mine. I've referred her numerous times, and my clients have been pleased with their experience, as well.

We had pleasurable experience with Heidi when we approached her for re-financing our home. Heidi and her team were extremely efficient! I have never seen a better communication from any of the other firms when it came to document gathering, explaining a process then did with Heidi and her team. They even advised me to wait to lock in the rates because they thought the rates will drop in few weeks. Indeed, it did and saved us greatly! I would recommend Heidi and her team!Sachin V.
