It's a comfortable... (Verified Renter) It's a comfortable place to live, for a reasonable price during your first year, but it appears as though a rapid increase in monthly rent should be anticipated from year-to-year.

The smell of... (Verified Renter) The smell of cigarette smoke but mostly "weed" comes up into our apartment constantly - we are NON SMOKERS and between people smoking on their balcony or in their home it effects our home - Should consider having a NON SMOKING BUILDING(s)!
although our unit... (Verified Renter) although our unit has more issues than I would have expected, maintenance is always quick to resolve the issue. All of the maintenance employees are pleasant and quick to resolve the issue
