Clean, up to... (Verified Renter) Clean, up to date apartment and community. Nice gym and pool. Surrounding area has many shops, grocery stores. Easily access highway.
Well maintained apartment... (Verified Renter) Well maintained apartment community with nice amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient. Management is considerate of tenants' concerns and takes action to resolve issues. (Thank you for taking action and enforcing the parking rules!! It has made a HUGE difference and much appreciated!)
Parking, despite all... (Verified Renter) Parking, despite all the efforts to accommodate residents, just isn't adequate for the number of apartments. Not sure how to remedy but even the reserved spaces didn't work out quite right.
The carpet was... (Verified Renter) The carpet was not new when we moved in and after 4yrs of living there it looks old. The appliances have always been on the low end and a thorn in my side, other than that pretty happy.
The front office... (Verified Renter) The front office staff can make or break it for me. I have always had positive experiences with the staff over the 6 years I have been here. They are great!
