The process of... (Verified Renter) The process of renewing the lease was almost predatory. The idea that rent values fluctuate so quickly, and you might be able to do a little better by waiting or by choosing a period of time which might not work for you was far too stressful. I know the company is trying to maximize profits, but would it really be that hard to fix the rent, know exactly how much money you get to make, and plan a business around it?
