It seems like... (Verified Renter) It seems like the rent keeps going up but the amenities are not the same. The hot tub was taken out, the parking is a struggle, reserved parking is being taken away and no updates have been made to our apartment. And the word is that if we do have any updates done the rent will go up. I am glad they put the speed bumps back in because people speed so bad in the parking lot all the time and are not kept accountable.
