Very expensive, can... (Verified Renter) Very expensive, can be noisy if you live under someone, floors creak and you hear every footstep, even though speed limit is posted at 10 or 15 miles an hour people drive through there at much faster speeds - no regard for the tight spaces in the travel lanes - cars just as soon run you over. Maintenance personnel were great!!
The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is second to none - always a positive experience. My biggest problem with the community is the inferior appliances. They are just awful (even if we didn't pay exorbitant rents they would still be considered sub-par.)

I would easily... (Verified Renter) I would easily give a 10 but being in commercial real estate myself there is some ownership on management for the crap renovation team they went with. If you hire cheap labor your gonna get no attention to detail, cheap products, and cheap finishing product. The team here has been great with everything and I have not asked for any compensation for my troubles but to not even follow-up and offer some sort of rent abatement or anything after I denied the hotel and uhaul offer is sad. i would... read more
Its a Great... (Verified Renter) Its a Great little community with a lot of nice people. . The longer you live here the more people you meet. Its people and dog friendly. I love it. My apartment is very peaceful.and My expenses are very reasonable.

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the community everybody here is friendly kind and courteous. I have had no problems with anyone. The people in the office are very kind and considerate. They are very professional whenever I have a question or need something they are very helpful. I've only been here a year and a half and I have not had any issues that's fat. I think everyone does a wonderful job. I have recommended this place to several people that I work with and that I know.
