The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are nice, very clean upon move in. The service staff are very rwsponsive and friendly. Everyone is friendly, in the office. Rent is pricey in my opinion. But I suppose is within the average when you consider the amenities.

Highlands at Dearborn This is an excellent community. The property is very well maintained, & has great amenities (club house, gym, on-demand workout studio, & swimming pool). Maintenance is very responsive & quick to fix any issues that come up. Property management is also great & very responsive to any questions that I usually have. Highlands at Dearborn From the very start of my apartment hunting experience the rental staff was awesome. I was moving from out of state and had never lived in an apartment before...and they held my hand through the whole process easing my anxieties and calming my nerves. Wonderful experience and beautiful clean apartment!
Pricey, but nice... for the suburbs. I've been living here for a few years now. Overall, it's a decent place to live. The location is great; you can get on I-95/128 or Rt. 1 in a matter of minutes, you're maybe 20mins from the nearest MBTA station (Oak Grove). It's not cheap though, especially for the suburbs, and you can expect your rent to go up by $30-50 per year for a one bedroom, or more if you have 2 bedrooms, but that's probably typical today.
