simply needs more... (Verified Renter) simply needs more parking. Truly more spaces, not just a change in parking policies. Too frequently, there are cars parked on sidewalks and in roads because finding a space after 9pm is nearly impossible
Space is great... (Verified Renter) Space is great for the price. But neighbors are terrible and walls/floor are paper thin. Can hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors clearly and smoke permeates from the downstairs apartments. Grill areas constantly Ina state of needing repair. Parking is horrendous.

My apartment is... (Verified Renter) My apartment is beautiful1 The buildings and grounds are kept in meticulous order. All of the staff have gone above-and-beyond to be helpful to my requests. The pool is lovely. The location is so convenient with easy access to Route 1, Route 95, and Route 128. A recycling bin! The complex is very well lit.

I recommend this... (Verified Renter) I recommend this apartment as this has most the facilities that I was looking for. It is close to boston highway and I-95. we need to travel a little for buy groceries but I am fine as we just do shopping once in a week. The staff are excellent.
