CONS: pool was... (Verified Renter) CONS: pool was filled with kids on weekends and super loud and busy, no dog park, no area dogs are allowed off leash, people didn't clean up their dog poop, the gym was always sweltering hot 6 months out of the year and no wifi in gym.
The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of the community is good and bad. Convenient to major roads, but that's it. Not close to shopping without a vehicle, and not a nice area to go out walking or running (close to garbage dump). That was the biggest thing we didn't like. Otherwise we really enjoyed the Highlands experience.
It's a good... (Verified Renter) It's a good location for people working nearby. There is a lot of issues with parking which causes you to park on the street or others who park wherever they want that makes your life more difficult. Also a pain that packages delivered must be picked up within certain hours or you can't get them until the next day. Also the pool is either always packed, or closed & the rules surrounding the pool & outside area area fairly strict seeing the amount of money we pay to live here.
It appears to... (Verified Renter) It appears to be safe. I've had no problems in the last 3 yrs. the only important issue you are having is the number of cars. a great many folks are using their garage as storage units and I don't see any towing.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a lovely community with lots o advantages to attract potential tenants. In my opinion, the greatest flawed still is the office crew. As I usually say, "care cannot be faked."
not enough parking... (Verified Renter) not enough parking for us. they don't tow cars like they said they would. need more places to throw out trash overflowing alot of the time. something needs to be done with dog owners not picking up after there dogs.
The corridors are... (Verified Renter) The corridors are not cleaned often enough. It's embarrassing to have.guests. I think all the paper creates a fire hazard. This was definitely not a problem when I moved in. One of the things that attracted me was the neat and clean appearance.

I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this apartment community to a friend because the price is fair, the community is clean, and the staff is great.
