The room was spotless and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good with my stay. I was texted 4 times in 2 days to as a reminder to ask for anything thst i might need. The location is perfect for the things to do in downtown Branson.

Everyone was great! The room was just as expected. Valet was on top of things. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and we'll definitely book again!

We didn’t eat breakfast and I got double charged for $50.00 ($49.01)

Thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience. The system at the hotel does hold $50 extra for incidentals. Depending on charges to your rooms if those funds are used it may authorize for more in case of additional items being charged. Your final bill to the hotel was $49.01 so any unused funds should release back into your account 3-10 business days after departure.
