Upon entry to the lobby, the facility smelled so wonderful. I remarked on it to the person checking me in and she wrote down the names of their air fragrances. The room was perfect, the staff were helpful. We received free drinks at the bar. We will be booking again. Wonderful experience from beginning to end.

No microwave in the room, which made it a bit harder to accommodate my dietary needs. There was also a knocking noise constantly on the 11th floor that was annoying.
