Bathroom was moldy. No hot water, lukewarm at best. Numerous extra convenience charges. Parking was expensive in an area that parking charges should not happen. Very disappointing room for the cost

The room was spotless and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good with my stay. I was texted 4 times in 2 days to as a reminder to ask for anything thst i might need. The location is perfect for the things to do in downtown Branson.

Everyone was great! The room was just as expected. Valet was on top of things. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and we'll definitely book again!
