Upgrades Looks like upgrades to the bed and shower are in need. Room 605 . nice hotel overall
It was a clean room you indeed but the wear and tear of this hotel was obvious as soon as you set foot inside. You could feel the humidity and smell the staleness of the room as soon as you stepped off the elevator. The bathroom fan did not work in the bathroom. The thermostat settings have motion detection so when we left the room for a concert and returned the room was warmer than we set it for. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff was amazing!!!!! From the valet, check in staff to people in restaurant. I love HOT water in my shower and I definitely had plenty. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They had plenty of choices and the fresh fruit was the perfect ripeness!
