The room was spotless and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good with my stay. I was texted 4 times in 2 days to as a reminder to ask for anything thst i might need. The location is perfect for the things to do in downtown Branson.

We didn’t eat breakfast and I got double charged for $50.00 ($49.01)

Thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience. The system at the hotel does hold $50 extra for incidentals. Depending on charges to your rooms if those funds are used it may authorize for more in case of additional items being charged. Your final bill to the hotel was $49.01 so any unused funds should release back into your account 3-10 business days after departure. The bar female was not so friendly, never addressed us with a hello just ask what are you having?we had free drink coins,I assumed with a free drink coin you had your choice of drink, she said you can only have a certain drink, so we ordered and old fashion and left.
