I have been going to Dr. Hirshberg for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. He is thorough and clearly explains all options. His administrative staff are very flexible when it comes to scheduling and reminders are timely and efficient. The hygienists are seasoned professionals and make going to the dentist very pleasant. Historically I went to the post office square location and have recently changed to Wellesley and the experience has been consistent for both.

I have been going to Hirshberg for years and it's wonderful. My entire family wouldn't go anywhere else. My dentist, Dr. Andrea Rohardt Ham is the best dentist I have ever known. She is a very talented dentist who also spends time understanding the complete medical history. We have enjoyed the entire staff.

Dr. Hirshberg is the best dentist I have ever had. He is always clear about what is needed and meticulous in his work. He is also a friendly and entertaining guy. He is the only dentist who makes me laugh. (no gas needed) His staff and fellow dental workers are always on the ball, and the whole environment is as welcoming as a dentist's office can be. I work nearby and have passed this dental office a million times, but never gave it much thought because I have a dentist at home. It had been over a year since I had a cleaning and I saw a sign in their window that said all new patients get a $50 visa gift card, which pretty much sealed the deal. Some of these bad reviews are alarming and confusing. I have been a patient here since about 2008? I had a mouth FULL of issues. My colleague on the trading floor (no, I am not rich, wealthy, etc. I work everyday like most people.) went to Dr. Rohardt. Her teeth were amazing. Have been a patient here for many years. Jennifer is a great hygienist - thorough & knowledgeable. James Hirshberg was first dentist (of many) who put my mouth in order, made it look good and ended years of pain. Had 4 implants done by his associate, Jim...done 7+ years ago and they have been great. No problems - I can't even tell you which teeth had the implants. I have been going to Hirshberg Dental for 34 years. Appointments are easy to schedule. Everyone is very nice. They make you feel comfortable if you are having extensive work done on your teeth. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was recommended to the Hirshberg group by my Orthodontist. Dr. John Wozny was very thorough, attentive and an all around great dentist. I would definitely recommend his services to others, thanks!

Got my Invisalign done her and also attend as a regular for my regular care. My orthodontist was very attentive and really did a good job with my my teeth and keeping my appointments in time and fast. The only reason I haven't given this a 5 is I have had a few hiccups with scheduling and sometimes being directed to their office out in the burbs, that's a no go for this city gal. I would recommend checking the appointment reminder email to make sure there aren't changes to time or location on your appointments.
