The device is big and bulky.... ... The device is big and bulky....the ink is expensive...and the scanner is not batch feed but one page at a time...I'm not thrilled with it...when it runs out of ink I will probably trash it for a $50.00 unit that comes loaded with $70.00 of ink

Install is a pain!!!!! Wireless printing capability isn't that great... really disappointed... I might change this. However, right now I am a bit irritated. I bought this printer because of its AirPrint capability. To get it set up thought, I have to be hooked up to the printer. But it doesn't come with the cable.. I can't get my printer up an running until tomorrow when I have to go out and buy cables for it to work. Bad Quality Print quality is not that great especially with color and any kind of photos. I bought this for office use so I'm not printing detailed pictures but even smaller simple images do not print good quality. The envelope function leaves a crease in the upper left corner of every envelope. I'll be returning this product.
Worth the money, I decided to quit on HP Has been flawless, I hope it lasts and so far is not as invasive or having a lot of overhead like HP that I used for many years.
Weak scanning capabilities. This machine doesn't scan more than one piece of paper at a time.
NO WIRED NETWORK CONNECTION, WIRELESS IS GARBAGE I will start with the positives, The scanner scans in great looking documents and images, and the print quality is great, it is a huge step up in print quality from my Samsun CLP-300 it replaced...however the wireless network connectivity is GARBAGE. This printer is one of those products I wish I ... This printer is one of those products I wish I had purchased years ago. We will never go back to an ink jet printer.
Perhaps the worst printer I've ever owned Perhaps the worst printer I've ever owned. It continually goes "offline" and won't allow you to print. If you own a mac using the latest OS (Sierra) it makes you run a network diagnostic between each print job in order to print. This is after spending hours online with support. Just horrible. One other thing. If you want to print envelopes...forget it. It takes one at a time and constantly jams.
