Fast Network Printer With an Optional Second Tray This is the 7th Brother printer that we have in our office. Previously I have used HP, Lexmark, Dell, Ricoh and Canon printers. In my experience, Brother are the most reliable and trouble free printers. Never met a Brother I didn't like... I have 3 Brother printers in the 5200 series, they are all awesome and just add a few features here and cost goes up accordingly. You pay dearly for being able to load paper and print all week, but in a high productivity environment this is a cost worth paying. The box it gets shipped to you in is HUGE (say that with Trumps voice) HUUGEE. It is a basic 5200 printer in a box with another box that holds the lower paper feeder. Good printer, ridiculous price Printer works great now that I have it all set up, but the cost is a joke. This same printer less than 2 years ago went for around $300, now over $850. Guess it is just a sign of these terrific times we live in now.
NOT compatible with Mac Computers NOT compatible with MAC computers. Trying to print Loan document and it is impossible. And I spent a total of about 16 hours with customer support. Got it working, then 2 weeks later, it does not work.
Unhappy I’m a notary signing agent, I bought this printer on the recommendations of other notaries, I’m very disappointed I had this printer less than a year. It constantly jans the drum went out I tried replacing it but it leaves dark roller marks and it doesn’t print all the words on the documents I lost a money I was out of work fir two weeks trying to purchase another printer. This printer sucks!
Not what worth the money Constantly errors no paper. Every time I fix it it will error again. Getting it out of sleep mode is a joke. My suggestion is to by an HP and stay far away from this piece of crap. Brother printers should be $5 not $500
Horrible product I ordered this for my business and it completely started streaking the entire page and this is unacceptable for my business.
Skips pages!!!! I’ve tried to print a 12 page document 7 times and every time it skips pages 9,11,12. These are chosen to print and I’ve also tried print all pages and the same result.
