Totally useless machine and service This printer is awful! It has so little native memory that it won't print a standard ten page PDF. With two paper drawers, one would expect usability. Plus, you can't even buy extra memory. The machine simply ignores print requests, canceling them if they are more than those few pages. But if you were printing several documents, you might not know you were missing some until you arrived at a meeting and did not have them. I know this from firsthand experience. this is the worst printer ever this is the worst printer ever. color quality is horrible, prints two sheets of paper when one is requested. contacted brothers multiple times.
