    Started Malfunctioning, printing problems It started to malfunction and was not able to handle documents that have letter& legal size paper mixture together. First, I uninstalled then reinstalled the drivers, made sure that the trays & software was programmed properly. It did not work so I tried to fix it with Brother's Tech Support. Nothing fixed the problem. Actually more problems started when I went through troubleshooting with them. Anyway, I returned it and have to get a new printer with similar features.

    Too Much Trouble What I like most about the laser printer is it print nicely whenever the machine wants to work. Secondly, it automatically detects legal size and regular paper. But what I dislike the most is the printer has a defect that always displays " No Paper MP Tray " whenever you fix it a few weeks later it always returns back to that disclaimer.     You Can't Register this printer with the manufacturer I bought this printer from the company and went to register it and brothers won't let me. Apparently they send non-US printers with non-US barcodes. Brothers only allows you to register US bar codes which makes no sense since I purchased this on amazon. If you want to register this product with the manufacture, it aint happening.

    Damaged product was shipped by MoMo We rate this transaction as 1-star, both due to the intentional neglect by MoMo in resolving the matter that they sent us damaged product, as well as the lack of professional customer support / service from Amazon. Although the exterior of the printer, itself, did not appear to be damaged, we should have taken our indications from the condition of the packaging, with the item was delivered.     Damaged product received. Amazon (or the seller) did not place FRAGILE on the box prior to shipment and I received a damaged product. Therefore, less than 2 weeks from receiving the printer, I have had to take it to the service center to repair the broken parts inside the machine, which I did not see or know until I tried to remove the toner drum, which was stuck inside the machine.     Horrible - so disappointing Contacted support was on the phone for 2 hours, to find out, which was inaccurate info, printer not eligible for auto replenish. Ink arrived, changed black and cyan cartridges, performed calibration and print test pages...very light faint on the pages. Then canceled print, then come back home few hours later, all paper in printer, printed with nothing on the pages. Jams too easily also.

    Print Quality Not So Great Great at first, but then it gradually deteriorated in print quality. Lines - changed toners several times. Same thing.

    80% restocking fee Because of a mistake on my part buying the wrong product; I ask to return and wanted to exchange this item. They were great with that but, would be charged an 80% restocking fee. NUTS
