Horrible experience I cancelled my membership and they made me pay for a gift a hotel for one night that cost almost 700 dollars just horrible.

If you go to Reddit, you'll see how many people feel scammed. They delete comments on their app. This is all disgusting; they're playing with people's money, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Horrible and appalling service.

If there was a way to not even, select ONE star I would. We purchased one of their plans. We had explained to them that we wanted to buy a house and that this wasn't the really best time to pay $20,000 for their plan. They convince me (shame on me) that they can do it without any credit report. So, we put a $3000 deposit down. The next day we decided this was a mistake. So I called to cancel.
