My husband and I become member of Holiday Lounge vacation ownership about a year and half ago. We planning our honey moon with their help and believe me was a dream come true. Our hotel “ moon palace Cancun “ is out of this word. We are so happy and thankful to be part of this Amazing vacation program.

I attended a sales presentation after being notified that I had won a raffle for a mini cruise excursion in Miami. The presentation was advertised as lasting approximately 90 minutes; however, it extended to nearly six hours and involved extremely aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics. These are all fake reviews that Jose and others that work there have gotten people to write. This company is a scam!! They will take thousands and you will not get what you signed up for! They will keep you in a presentation for hours and have 2 sales people wear you down into buying. Then they give you “non alcoholic champagne “. Beware and do your research on these scammers. Soon they will be facing a class action lawsuit.

Horrible experience I cancelled my membership and they made me pay for a gift a hotel for one night that cost almost 700 dollars just horrible.

If you go to Reddit, you'll see how many people feel scammed. They delete comments on their app. This is all disgusting; they're playing with people's money, and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Horrible and appalling service.

If there was a way to not even, select ONE star I would. We purchased one of their plans. We had explained to them that we wanted to buy a house and that this wasn't the really best time to pay $20,000 for their plan. They convince me (shame on me) that they can do it without any credit report. So, we put a $3000 deposit down. The next day we decided this was a mistake. So I called to cancel.
