I wish I could select 0 stars.... This company is by far the worst establishment I have ever encountered. I simply won a vacation on a cruise that brought me to their building were the lies begun. Mind you we had prior engagement which we miss due to going to retrieve my supposed prized vacation. Which was even a thing in the first place. If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place is a huge scam! We gave them the benefit of the doubt and have had them for just under a year. We are very dissatisfied. NONE of the "promotions/ incentives" worked for us! And then after some researching I can BOOK the SAME hotels/resorts for the SAME PRICE or relatively close ON MY OWN without their scam program! I regret going to the tourism area when my daughter and I first entered the boat where these scammers baited out people either with children or who don’t live in the area who are the perfect target. This is their game. Get tourists from outside the state or country either with or without children to enter a raffle ticket and presumably win some kind of free trip voucher, which by the way you’ll never be able to use. Scam!!! Beware.. they use heavy sales pressure and offer you gifts to buy into this vacation scam that you will not get to use or cost more than booking your vacation on Expedia.

I really don't understand. As you start looking for opinions and most have a negative opinion, and here everything is pink, I think they are workers or employees, the truth is that it is a sale to pressure and that they never comply with what it says, they tell you Half truths, lies, and act in bad faith, I don't know how there are workers who seem excellent people who can work knowing that they are cheating customers

Scam likely! 2 hr presentations, extended wait times before and frequent stops for congratulating new members- HL, let the product speak for itself and stop wasting people’s time! Woulda bought membership had my time allotment not run out due to extended presentation and wait time. Real value speaks louder than all the sales tactics. Better luck next time!
