All the reviews are lies. This is a scam. I would not advise my worse enemy to get into this program. Everything is a lie. You can get better deals with Expedia or other traveling websites. My husband and I regret becoming members every day. The seller will orchestrate everything to get you. Don't sign up. They are liars. Even their reviews. Holiday Lounge is a rip off! Better Business bureau has tons of complaints about this company. Accomodations usually cost more through them than if you book yourself! Wyndam has a much better plan!
I bought this membership back in March making payment in April decided I would book my first vacation in May. They didn’t have anything available around the area I wanted to go or nearby even though I try to book it five weeks in advance. Then again I tried to book something for July and again nothing available. Don’t waste your money on this!! They are the worst company I ever dealt with!! They took my money!! You send them proof they don’t respond to emails. They never have any rooms and the rooms they have are horrible

After "winning" a raffle on a boat, my wife and I had to pay some fully-refundable $40 for attending a two-hour presentation on the holiday prize they were going to give us. For personal reasons, we couldn't attend the presentation. So, we asked for the full refund they mentioned before. However, they started saying that the money was going to be given back only once we attended the presentation. We had to leave Miami soon. So, we left, and we never got the money back.
