I really don't understand. As you start looking for opinions and most have a negative opinion, and here everything is pink, I think they are workers or employees, the truth is that it is a sale to pressure and that they never comply with what it says, they tell you Half truths, lies, and act in bad faith, I don't know how there are workers who seem excellent people who can work knowing that they are cheating customers

Scam likely! 2 hr presentations, extended wait times before and frequent stops for congratulating new members- HL, let the product speak for itself and stop wasting people’s time! Woulda bought membership had my time allotment not run out due to extended presentation and wait time. Real value speaks louder than all the sales tactics. Better luck next time!

My husband and I purchased in 2021 we've literally been able to reserve 1 place since then! Ive talked to many people with nothing. It seems since the last time I wrote a review they've locked out my account and I can't even log in. The only time I can seem to get a phone call is when I write a review. Talk about customer service! We spent thousands of dollars and have only been to the trash hotel, that they rented the space out from to sell the vacations! On January 6, 2024, my partner and I attended the Holiday Lounges vacation club seminar (waste of time) they talked to you for 2 hours about the packages, locations, and cheap easy travel. They focused on the membership cost of $249. The vacation consultant Xani T. was kind and helpful and shared her own experiences, continued to talk about how much money we were potentially spending for trips, advising we were overpaying. You guys are HORRIBLE and everyone needs to know that if anyone signs up with you that you open a MAXED OUT CREDIT CARD in their names and NEVER ONCE TOLD ANYONE THIS IS WHAT YOU DO UNTIL I MYSELF RECEIVED A SUPRISE CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME in the mail.
