The customer service was great. I was helped right away when I had questions. The nail groomer Bailey was awesome with my baby girl. Top notch!!!!

First time at the Union Ave location, Bailey was my shih tzu groomer. My Cody looked a mess and fixed him right up, l almost didn't recognize him ... we will definitely be going back to see Bailey. Also, everyone was nice and friendly from the time I called to make the appointment until I dropped off and picked up. Bailey was very nice and knowledgeable.

My pup and I love it here. I just love how all the staff shows so much love for the pets. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm always learning new things about my pup and others when I come here. They make sure you understand how to keep your pet safe and healthy.
