What a great job Kristen has done with the Union Avenue store in Memphis. She helped me find correct sizes from other stores and had them sent to "my store". Staff is always curteous and knowledgeable and the store is impeccably clean and bright. Return policy is easy! I have shopped here for several years and cannot find a reason to shop anywhere else.

I brought my 5 month old Westie puppy for his 1st hollywood feed visit. He was scared and the staff were so kind. One staff member made a mini treat bag for him. He loved the treats. Treats were perfect for a puppy. I am returning today to buy a bag.
