We l9ve our Bartlett store. The employees are super cool and friendly from the time we enter the door.They have been well trained on all the products in the store. The use of headphones are a vital part of their customer service. Customers do not go under served. The employees really make us feel special. They offer to open the door or assist in taking products to the car. The dogs can detect that they are loved!
