The young gentleman with curly hair helps me each time. I had stopped going to the Bartlett HF the staff would just stand around or be non existent and not help or rude until I met this gentleman. I wished I remembered his name

Becky was very attentive from the time I walked in the door. She helped me pick out puppy food and suggested treats that he loves. Will definitely return.

I’m always greeted by a friendly, smiling associate. Very welcoming. They are even happier if you bring your pet! The stores are always clean and well-organized. I used the dog bath and it was very organized and the people were so nice and cleaned it . Very good experience - I will definitely be back
