The manager did such an excellent job! I just got a dog from a rescue group and needed a bigger crate and he didn't have size in stocks but knew I needed it right away so offered to have someone bring it from other store to my home ASAP!!

I visited the store (03/26/26) immediately after leaving the vet with my senior dog. I was looking for something to help him with his gut. I was lucky enough to come across the sales associate CB. She greeted me with a smile and gave me a variety of suggestions to help him including food and probiotics. A day later, my dog is already showing improvements. I am grateful for the time CB took to help me make sure my 14 year old dog is getting the best care he can. Thank you, CB, for your assistance.
