Andrew was so helpful. I wanted to try a freeze dried product and he showed all of the different ones. He interacted with my dog, Jack and was so nice. At the end of my purchase he asked if I would be interested in purchasing a couple of cans of Cat food to donate to a fundraiser Hollywood Feed is involved in.
