The staff are friendly and helpful but the only complaint I have is that they are “too helpful”. They follow you around in the store and CONSTANTLY ask can they help you find something or get the dog feed for you. I feel they should only ask once and if you need some help, to allow the customer to ask instead of following you around in the store CONSTANTLY asking. It’s kind of annoying and once you say no thank you, that should be enough.

The young gentleman with curly hair helps me each time. I had stopped going to the Bartlett HF the staff would just stand around or be non existent and not help or rude until I met this gentleman. I wished I remembered his name

Becky was very attentive from the time I walked in the door. She helped me pick out puppy food and suggested treats that he loves. Will definitely return.

I’m always greeted by a friendly, smiling associate. Very welcoming. They are even happier if you bring your pet! The stores are always clean and well-organized.
